8 Troubleshooting
8.1 The unit does not work
Make sure that all wires are correctly connected according to the cable chart.
Cause Remedy
The PWR LED is not lit. • Make sure that the unit receives voltage.
• Restart the unit.
The unit does not communicate with the mixer/
pump.
• Make sure that the mixer/pump receives
voltage.
• Restart the mixer/pump and the unit.
If the problem persists, then contact a sales or authorized service
representative.
Always state the product number and the serial number of the product.
