  If your Xylem Water Pump isn't starting, several factors could be at play. First, ensure that the power supply hasn't been cut off; if it has, restore it. Another potential cause is the thermal overload protection of the motor being triggered; in this case, reset the thermal overload protection on either the control panel or the unit itself. Also, check if the device detecting the absence of liquid or minimum pressure has been activated, and if so, top up the liquid or restore minimum pressure. Finally, inspect the power supply cable for damage and replace it if necessary. If your pump has a capacitor, it may be faulty and need replacement. In some cases, the control panel or the motor itself may be faulty, requiring you to check, repair, or replace them.
