Overview
The steering bridge is an open welded structure with
box cross-section (see Figure 22). It is composed of
the steering bridge body, the steering cylinder, the
connecting rod and the steering wheel. The steering
trapezoid adopts a crank slider mechanism. Before
and after the steering axle by pry to the frame at the
back of the pin shaft through the bearing bolt tail
frame, swing bridge fitness around the pin axis, around
the steering axle were about to have a steering
knuckle, wheel hub with two tapered roller bearings
after loaded on the steering shaft, wheel by pry to the
hub, rim inside of the bearing is equipped with oil seal,
keep the grease in the cavity between the wheel and
steering knuckle.
