2-4. Confi rmation of Firmware Version
Execute INFO inspection of diagnostic mode.
Confi rm the fi rmware version displayed on the PC.
2-5. Confi rmation of Model ID
Execute INFO inspection of diagnostic mode.
Confi rm the model ID displayed on the PC is as specifi ed
below.
Amp Assembly Name MODEL ID
AMP ASSEMBLY 10 ⇒ DBR10
AMP ASSEMBLY 12 ⇒ DBR12
AMP ASSEMBLY 15 ⇒ DBR15
2-6. Confi rmation of PCB ID
Execute INFO inspection of diagnostic mode.
Confi rm the model ID displayed on the PC is as specifi ed
below.

2-7. Confi rmation of temperature sensor
Execute AD input port inspection of diagnostic mode.
It judges whether the level is the range automatically.
Specifi ed range : 0.52V to 1.15V
2-8. Confi rmation of FAN
The combination of AMP ASSY and color of fan wiring is
right. (visual inspection)
AMP ASSEMBLY 15/12 : White /Black
AMP ASSEMBLY 10 : Red /Black
Execute FAN inspection of diagnostic mode.
It is confi rmed that the fan rotates.
Execute ANALOG inspection of diagnostic mode, FAN
rotation is stopped.
2-9. Detector circuit of POFF-REQ
Execute POFF-REQ inspection of diagnostic mode.
After POWER LED has to be turned off, Confi rm that the
power supply shall shut down.
2-10. Detector circuit of AMP-ERR
Execute AMP inspection of diagnostic mode.
Confi rm that the no errors.
2-4. ファームウェアバージョンの確認
ダイアグモードの INFO検査を実行します。
PC に表示されるファームウェアバージョンを確認
します。
2-5. モデル IDの確認
ダイアグモードの INFO検査を実行します。
PC に表示されるモデル IDが下記の規定通りである
ことを確認します。
 アンプ Assyの名称  MODELID
  アンプ Assy10 ⇒ DBR10
  アンプ Assy12 ⇒ DBR12
  アンプ Assy15 ⇒ DBR15
2-6. シート IDの確認
ダイアグモードの AMPS 検査を実行します。
PC に表示されるシート IDが下記の規定通りである
ことを確認します。
 シートの名称  PCBID
PCBAssyAMPSDBR1512 ⇒DBR15,DBR12
PCBAssyAMPSDBR10 ⇒DBR10
2-7. 温度センサーの確認
ダイアグモードの AD入力ポート検査を実行します。
レベルが範囲内であるか自動判定します。
許容範囲：0.52V 〜 1.15V
2-8. ファンの確認
アンプユニットと FAN 束線の色の組み合わせを確
認します。( 目視確認 )
AMPAss'y15/12 ： 白 / 黒
AMPAss'y10 ： 赤 / 黒
ダイアグモードの FAN検査を実行します。
ファンが回転することを確認します。
ダイアグモードのアナログ検査を実行し、ファンを
停止させます。
2-9. POFF-REQ 検出回路
ダイアグモードの POFF-REQ 検査を実行します。
POWERLED が点灯し、電源がシャットダウンする
ことを確認します。
2-10. AMP-ERR 検出回路
ダイアグモードの AMP 検査を実行します。
エラーがないことを確認します。
