  • Utility Cart Box: Designed to hold materials, with a maximum rated load capacity of 400 lbs.
  • Tires/Wheel: Pneumatic tires with a recommended pressure of 25 PSI.
  • Hitch: Pin-type design for use with approved towing vehicles.
  • Release Pedal: Used to release the cart bed for dumping.
  • Assembly Required: The product requires assembly before use, with detailed instructions provided. It is recommended that another adult assist due to the weight and/or size of the cart.
  • Safety Precautions:
    • Never carry passengers or allow children to play on the cart.
    • Always inspect the cart for good working condition and tighten hardware before operation.
    • Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 400 lbs.
    • Avoid large holes and ditches; operate at reduced speed in rough terrain, along creeks, ditches, and hillsides.
    • Do not operate close to creeks, ditches, or public highways.
    • Do not exceed 10 MPH when towing to avoid personal injury or equipment damage.
    • Always use caution when loading and unloading.
    • Only tow with recommended vehicles (Lawn/Garden Tractors and ATVs).
    • Secure and lock the dump cart to the vehicle hitch before operating.
    • Keep hands and feet clear from moving parts.
    • Wear safety gear, eye protection, gloves, and work boots.
    • Do not tow with the box raised.
    • Do not overfill; overflow loads can cause loss of traction and control.
    • Fill to a comfortable dumping load; extremely heavy loads will be difficult to operate and dump.
    • Ensure the tow vehicle and combined operator weight are greater than the cart's load for proper control.
    • Do not use on public highways or roads.
    • Slow down before turning and avoid sharp turns that could cause tires to rub.
    • Use caution when backing; back up in a straight line to avoid "jack-knifing."

Maintenance Features:

  • Cleaning: After each use, clean material out of the cart box and rinse/dry inside and outside.
  • Tire Pressure: Before operating, ensure tires have the recommended pressure of 25 PSI.
  • Lubrication: Regularly grease the axle and wheel bearing area, or when needed. Annually clean and lightly lubricate parts.
  • Fasteners: Periodically check all fasteners for tightness.
  • Paint: Use glossy enamel spray paint to touch up scratched or worn painted metal surfaces.
  • Load Capacity Adherence: Never exceed the 400 lbs (182 kg) load capacity rating to prevent damage.
  • Replacement Parts: If a part needs replacement, only use manufacturer-specified parts to avoid safety hazards or poor operation.
  • Storage:
    • Never allow material to remain in the cart for extended periods.
    • Ensure the cart is clean and dry before storing for trouble-free service.
    • Store indoors or in a protected area during severe weather and winter months.
    • If storing outside, keep the tongue slightly higher than the back of the cart to allow moisture to drain and prevent accumulation in the box.

Warranty:

A one-year limited warranty covers replacement or repair for the original purchaser, provided the unit was assembled correctly, not misused, overloaded, or operated contrary to instructions, and not repaired or altered by unauthorized personnel. Exclusions include cosmetic defects, failures due to acts of God, normal wear, and issues arising from improper installation, use, or maintenance. The warranty disclaims responsibility for loss of time, use, freight, or any incidental or consequential claims.
