4.9.2 Upgrading Firmware via TAC
Procedure
1. Open the Teams admin center .
2. Go to Devices > Collaboration bars.
3. Select the desired device and click Update.
4. Do one of the following and select update:
– Select Firmware auto-update to upgrade firmware automatically.
– Select Manual updates to upgrade company portal app, firmware
or Teams app separately.
