If your Yealink Conference System's Zoom Rooms cannot be connected and verified after resetting CTP18, ensure that you sign into CTP18 using the same account as the MeetingBar A20 to enable automatic connection. Alternatively, if you intend to use a different account, first sign out of the Zoom Rooms account on MeetingBar A20 before signing into the new account on CTP18.
