6. Click Export to open the file download window, and then save the file to your local
system.
You can also export the system log to a syslog server. Contact your system administrator
for more information.
Note
How to export all diagnostic files?
We may need you to provide three types of diagnostic files (including PCAP trace,
system log and BIN configuration file) to help analyze your problem. You can export
these files at a time.
To export all diagnostic files via web user interface:
1. Click on Settings->Configuration.
2. Click Start to begin capturing signal traffic.
The system log level will be automatically set to 6.
3. Reproduce the issue.
4. Click Stop to stop the capture.
The system log level will be reset to 3.
It is recommended to reset the syslog level to 3 after exporting the system syslog.
