Why does my You-Q ALEX lose power over the day?

If your You-Q Wheelchair drives slower throughout the day, especially after several hours, the batteries may be the issue. Check the batteries and their voltage. Ensure proper and complete battery charging by examining the battery charger and discussing charging duration with the user. Overheating can also cause this; extreme usage might trigger the power module to reduce maximum currents for protection. Check the wheelchair in freewheel mode for extreme resistance on rolling or turning. For DX2 controls, the gyro module (if present) might not be connected correctly or functioning properly, causing controllers to switch to SystemSlowDown mode; inspect the gyro cabling and replace the gyro module if necessary.
