3.4 Reassembly of the motor type 252.1000
The reassembly of the motor is carried out in the reverse order to its disassembly. Soak
the felt insert 10 and the paper insert 12 in oil Antykol TS120. Arrange the gear wheels 14 so
that their symmetry axes perpendicular to their rotation axes will intersect at an angle of 45°.
Seat the clutch 16 on adhesive Loctite 601.

5. FINAL NOTES
5.1. For the correct functioning of the drive system it is necessary to perform the periodic
maintenance and especially careful cleaning of the motor from dust, paying special attention
to the commutator and brush holders and to renew the brushes, when required.
5.2. During the acceptance test, avoid exceeding the duration of permissible operation of the
product, i.e. 10 minutes for the motor loaded with the whisks or dough hooks and 3 minutes
for the drive system with the mixing attachment or mixing cup.
5.3. All repairs must be carried out after disconnecting the appliance from the mains. Repairs
should be carried out only by properly trained service personnel.
5.4. In the case of longer break in using the stand balance, remove the batteries from the battery
container and keep them in the plastic bag.
5.5. The manufacturer reserves the right to change the shape of the parts in order to improve
the quality and functionality of the product.
