Why is my Zephyr AK9358BS not venting properly?
Several factors can cause this. Ensure you're using the correct size ducting. The distance between the cooktop and the hood's bottom should be between 24 and 36 inches. Close any nearby windows and doors to prevent wind interference. Finally, check for and remove any blockages in the ductwork or duct opening. Change the ducting to the correct size. Adjust the distance between the cook top and the bottom of the hood within 24” and 36” range. Close all the windows and doors to eliminate the outside wind flow. Remove all the blocking from the duct work or duct opening.
