Output shaft seal
Using a mandrel punch top the output flange seal out
from the other side of the housing. Discard seal and re-
place with a new one. (Fig. 6-3b).
3.6.4 Fluid inlet pipe
Replacing the seal:
ZF 63 A - ZF 63 (Fig. 6-4a)
. Remove baffle plate (item 2).
. Remove suction pipe (item 3).
. Drive out seal (item 1).
ZF 80 A - ZF 80-1 A - ZF 85 A (Fig. 6-4b)
. Remove suction pipe (item 2).
. Drive out seal (item 1).
