Example for programming mode 2.01 (temperature control)
For all modes in group 2 (
2.01, 2.02, 2.03, ....)
E1 Analog IN factory setting at TF.. (KTY)
Alternative selection signal: 0-10 V, 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA, jumper accordingly inserted (Inverting F IO Setup).
The sensor measurement range must be entered in order to display the actual value correctly.
Example with a 0-10 V sensor and 0-100° C measurement range (proportional output signal):
Actual value for 0 V Sensor signal = 0° C (initial value measuring range)
Actual value at 10 V Sensor signal = 100° C (final value measuring range)
Input of the decimal places (depending upon measuring range)
Selection E1 display unit
E1 Offset
The ”OFFSET” function can be used for parallel shift of this linear characteristic. That is to say
the control unit then does not work with the real signal from the actual value but rather with a
signal increased or decreased by the value of the ”OFFSET”.
If at all possible, any sensor calibration should be performed with a calibrated comparison
measurement device.
Sensor calibration (Offset) E1, factory setting to 0 K.
