3. Install arms and pedals
3a. Fix the left handle arm (44 L) to
the handlebar post (59) with bolts M8x15
(39), spring washers (40), flat washers (41),
and spacers (16) (33).
Do not tighten all the elements yet.
3b. Fix the left pedal base (27 L) to the crank (8)
with the nut (19), flat washers (18)(17)
and spacers (16)(15).
3c. Fix the left handle arm (44 L) to the left
pedal base (27 L) with bolts M8x75 (26), the
spacer (65), sleeve (32), and washer (21).
Install the left pedal front base cover (25 L)
and secure with bolts ST4x20 (28) and bolts
ST4.2x18 (24).
Do not tighten all the elements yet.
3d. Screw the left and right handle (46 L/R) to
the left and right handle arm (44 L/R) with
bolts (47), curved washers (45) and nuts
(20). Install the handle arm cover (64 A/B)
and secure with bolts (42).
3e. Repeat steps 3a, 3b, and 3c for the right
handle arm (44 R) and right pedal base
(27 R).
3f. Fix the left and right pedal (29 L/R) to the
pedal base (27 L/R) with bolts ST4/2x18 (23),
washers (21), and nuts (20).
NOTE! The right pedal base is marked ‘R
and the left pedal base is marked ‘L’.
3g. Tighten all elements.
3h. Install and screw handlebar post covers
(34 L/R) and fix the front pedal bases cover
(25 L/R) with bolts (24) and rear pedal bases
cover (10 A/B) with bolts (9).
