If the flow switch on your Zodiac Heat Pump stays open for more than 3 seconds, here's what might be happening and how to address it: * The filter pump may be off because the filter timer is outside the operating time limit. In this case, wait for the programmed filter time period. You can test in manual filtration mode. * There might not be enough water flowing through the unit. To fix this, adjust the BY-PASS and ensure filtration is on. * The flow controller could be damaged or disconnected. If so, change or reconnect the flow controller.
