1. Apply velcro loop strips to manikin as shown in Figure 1.
2. Place CPR-D Demo Pad on manikin as shown in Figure 2.
3. Demonstrate gel cover removal as shown in Figure 3 by holding the CPR-D pad with the
right hand and pulling the tab on the sternum pad with the left. Press sternum pad to
secure to manikin. Holding the CPR-D pad with the left hand, pull the apex tab with the
right hand to remove the gel cover. Press the apex pad to secure.
4. Attach green connector to AED plus and multi -function connector to Simulator.
