      A shock might not be delivered for these reasons: 1. The Treatment button wasn't pressed within 30 seconds of being prompted. 2. An internal error occurred. If you failed to press the button in time, make sure to press it when prompted within 30 seconds. If an internal error occurred, remove the unit from service and contact Technical Service.
