●U1 model
After removing the headlight assembly of the U1 model, remove the iron bracket ⑴, and remove the rubber
strip ⑵ from the iron bracket ⑴. The corresponding price of the rubber strip is 1.5 meters, which is about 0.15
meters here. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws on the turn signal decorative cover (3) and then
remove it.
●Headlight bracket
Locate the notch of the circlip⑷, push the circlip from the pin⑸ ,and then remove the circlip and pin.
After the headlight lower bracket assembly is removed, the cushion rubber ring⑺ is separated from
theheadlight lower bracket⑹.
●Turn signal light
Grasp the left (right) turn signal and use a 17# open-end wrench to remove the nut that comes with the turn
signal, remove the spring washer and gasket that comes with it, and then remove the turn signal.
●Windshield
Using 4# inner hexagon socket remove 4pcs bolts⑿,take off the windshield component.Take off 4pcs plywood
⒀ from the windshield⑾.
Remove the swell nail ⑽ on the bottom.

●Protect protective measures to prevent scratching the lampshade or paint finish.
●
Pay attention to the force when opening the buckle to prevent the buckle from breaking due to excessiveforce.
●When reassembling, check if there is any pressure on the wire to prevent it from tightening. Short circuit
caused by bolts. Pay attention to the lamp connector, do not insert the wrong, turn left is Green + orange;right
turn signal is green + blue
