Instruction for use of the forklift with the triple pivot battery
1. Wrong setting of battery voltage parameters.
2. When the current of regenerative brake is produced, the battery resistance is too
high.
3. The battery is not connected in regenerative braking.
4. Check the capacitance voltage under the monitoring menu.
Controller Undertemp. Cutback
1. The low temperature reduction function of controller takes effect.
2. The controller working under limiting conditions.
3. Check the controller temperature under the monitoring menu.
Controller Overtemp. Cutback
1. The reduction of over-heated controller takes effect.
2. The controller is working at the limit temperature.
3. Vehicle overload.
4. Improper installation of controller.
5. Check the controller temperature under the monitoring menu.
1. Under normal operation, the battery needs the charge and the low pressure limit
function of controller takes effect.
2. Wrong setting of battery voltage parameters.
3. The battery power runs out.
4. The inner resistance of battery is too high.
5. The connection wire of battery shall be disconnected when driving.
6. Check the capacitance voltage under the programmer monitoring menu.
7. The B + fuse burn or the master contactor unclosed.
1. Normal operation. During the regenerative braking, the current of regenerative brake
will have the fault in display by making the battery voltage too high and the
overpressure of controller will limit the entry into effect of parameters.

4. In regenerative braking, the battery connection is open circuited.
5. Check the capacitance voltage under the programmer monitoring menu.
1. The resistance value of external loading connecting to the + 5V supply side (pin 26)
is too low.
2. In charge, the current is supplied by 5V and Ext under the programmer monitoring
menu.
Digital Out 6
Overcurrent
1. The resistance value of external loading connecting to the digit output drive 6
(pin19) is too low.
1. The resistance value of external loading connecting to the digit output drive 7
(pin19) is too low.
1. The temperature of motor exceed the setting parameters, therefore, the requested
current is reduced.
2. The control parameters of motor temperature are not correctly adjusted.
3. Check the motor temperature and input of Analog2 under the programmer
monitoring menu.
4. If use of electrothermic regulator is exempted, the temperature compensation and
temperature disconnection should be set at OFF
1. The temperature sensor of motor is improperly connected.
2. If without use of electrothermic regulator, the temperature compensation and
temperature disconnection should be set at OFF
3. The motor temperature is out of the maximum setting value.
