Add a Wi-Fi network
1. Tap Home Key >
> Settings > Wireless & networks > Wi-
Fi settings.
The Wi-Fi network names and security settings (open network or
secured network) of detected Wi-Fi networks are displayed in the
Wi-Fi networks section.
2. Tap a network to connect.
¾ If you select an open network, you will be automatically con-
nected to the network.
¾ If you select a secured network, you will need to input the
wireless password.
Check the Wi-Fi network status
You can check the Wi-Fi network status from the status bar and
wireless controls.
1. Check the
icon in the status bar.
2. Tap Home Key >
> Settings > Wireless & networks > Wi-
Fi settings, then tap the wireless network that the phone is
currently connected to.
You can check the network status from the pop-up window.
