PTT Calls
Make PTT Calls
1. You could make PTT calls by the following means.
● Dial Directly
Enter the desired PTT number in standby mode for private calls; if you
want to make PTT group calls, press the # Key and then enter the
desired group number in standby mode.
● Dial via Contacts
In standby mode, select Left soft key [Menu] > Contacts; and then
select your desired contact or system group by pressing the Up / Down
Keys.
● Dial via Call History
In standby mode, press the Call Key to access to All Calls interface; and
then press the Up / Down Keys to select your desired contact or phone
number.
● Dial via PTT Speed Group
In standby mode, press the Up / Down Keys to select your desired PTT
speed group.
2. Hold the PTT Key to start dialing, and speak after hearing a beep
sound;
3. Release the PTT Key to listen to the other party or back to the idle
status.
Note: Only PTT private calls can be dialed via Call History.
Receive PTT Calls
When receiving PTT calls, you firstly hear a short beep sound, and then
hear the other party speaks without any operation. After the party finishes
speaking, hold the PTT Key and speak after hearing a beep sound.
Release the PTT Key to listen to the other party or back to the idle status.
