What can I do if I have
problems with my bike?
First of all, we recommend that you read the operating manual
supplied with your bike carefully.
If that does not solve your problem, please contact your dealer
or our service staff. Please have your proof of purchase and

Can I fit any tyres on my
bike?
No. The tyres and inner tubes must match the specifications of
the wheel rim.
Furthermore, in line with the enclosed declaration of conform-
ity, no modifications to the bike are permitted without the
manufacturer's consent!
Can I connect any trailer to
my bike?
No. The attachment of trailers is not intended for your bike. If
you do attach a trailer, that will void the declarations of con-
formity supplied and all warranty claims.
Can I install any child’s seat
in my bike?
No. The attachment of child’s seats is not intended for your
bike. If you do attach a trailer, that will void the declarations of
conformity supplied and all warranty claims.
Can I install any bottle
cage?
If your bike has mounting bolts for a bottle cage, you can gen-
erally install any bottle cage. A few bike models do not have
threads in the frame for installing a bottle cage. In this case it
would be possible to install a bottle cage using a clamp mount.
If in doubt, always consult the manufacturer first.
