Why does my 3M Paint Sprayer have insufficient fluid flow with pressure feed?

Insufficient fluid flow in your 3M Paint Sprayer when using pressure feed can be attributed to several reasons. There may be a restriction in the fluid line or a blocked hose; use a 3/8” fluid hose and flush or replace the hose. The fluid nozzle may be too small, so use a larger needle/nozzle. Low fluid pressure can also cause this issue, so increase the fluid pressure.
