What to do if my 3M Respiratory Product has a low airflow alarm?
    • K
      kevin90Aug 1, 2025
If your 3M Respiratory Product triggers a low airflow alarm, first check the breathing tube for any blockages and remove them. Also, ensure the air inlet isn't covered by any obstruction. Finally, if the filter is clogged with particles, replace the HE filter and prefilter or spark arrestor/prefilter.

Why does my 3M Versaflo TR-300 Respiratory Product battery die so fast?
    • S
      Scott ChristensenAug 5, 2025
If your 3M Respiratory Product's battery isn't lasting as long as it should, make sure it's fully charged. A HE filter loaded with particles can cause the motor to work harder, so check the low flow indicator and replace the HE filter and prefilter or clean the spark arrestor. Finally, the battery pack may be reaching the end of its service life and need replacement.

What to do if the battery indicator is flashing on my 3M Versaflo TR-300 Respiratory Product?
    • U
      uclarkAug 9, 2025
If the bottom bar of the battery pack indicator is flashing and the battery alarm is sounding on your 3M Respiratory Product, try these steps: recharge the battery pack, remove and reinstall the battery pack to ensure it's properly connected. If that doesn't work, the battery pack might be past its service life and needs replacing with a new, fully charged TR-300 battery pack. Also, if the battery pack temperature is too hot (above 140°F or 60°C), bring it to a cooler environment to cool down.

How to fix all LEDs flashing and alarm on 3M Respiratory Product?
    • C
      Carol VelezAug 13, 2025
If all the LEDs are flashing and the alarm is sounding on your 3M Respiratory Product, it may indicate a system software malfunction. To clear the alarm, power down the motor/blower unit and remove the battery pack. Let it sit for a few minutes before reconnecting the battery pack and turning the unit back on. If it doesn't reset, contact 3M Technical Service.

Why is there no airflow from my 3M Versaflo TR-300 and no alarms?
    • K
      Karen GrantAug 18, 2025
If there is no airflow and no alarms on your 3M Respiratory Product, check that the battery pack contact is not bent or broken. Also, fully charge the battery pack. If problems persist, contact 3M Technical Service.

Why is the motor running faster than normal on my 3M Versaflo TR-300 Respiratory Product?
    • S
      Savannah AndersonAug 22, 2025
If the motor on your 3M Respiratory Product is running faster than normal, it might be because the HE filter is loaded with particles. Check the low flow indicator and replace the HE filter and prefilter, and clean the spark arrestor. Also, let the unit run for 2 minutes so it can automatically adjust to the new filter or changes to the filter configuration.
