3 Operation
3.1 Control components
Each row of 3 electric heating elements has a control thermostat, placed above the center
heating element, with a control knob
.
Warning
Only qualified service engineers are allowed to change the set temper
ature.

3.2 Operating modes
The DRE has 2 operating modes:
• OFF mode (see 3.2.1)
• ON mode (see 3.2.2)
3.2.1 OFF mode
In the OFF mode the w
ater heater is de-activated. The water heater is disconnected from
the mains power supply.
In the OFF mode the w
ater heater is not protected against frost.
