Making calls using the Personal Key
You want to make calls on your operator phone without seizing a Line key.
You can make a call via your Personal key using the operator phone. Your operator
phone then acts as an ordinary user; in other words, when making a call you will be
transmitting your personal phone number.
Making calls using the Line key
You want to make a call via a Line key.
You can make a call via any available Line key using the operator phone. Each Line key
has its own phone number; in other words when you make a phone call you transfer
the phone number belonging to the active Line key.
The call charges are recorded separately for each Line key.
Pick up the handset.
➔Connection with the line with the highest priority.
Or:
1 Press the Line key.
➔The line is selected.
2 Pick up the handset.
➔Connection with the selected line.
<Phone number>
Enter the phone number.
Press the Personal key.
➔Personal key is lit. The line is selected.
Pick up the handset.
➔The phone number is dialled.
<Phone number>
Enter the phone number.
Press a free Line key.
➔The Line key is lit. The line is selected.
Pick up the handset.
➔The phone number is dialled.
