Editing a Telephone Book Entry
MenuCard “Applications”
This MenuCard is only shown if the system administrator has set up additional pro-
gramme packages for your communications system and you have the user authori-
sation to use these programmes.
1Voicebox: This menu is only available to you if the OpenVoice / Aastra Voice pro-
gramme package has been installed in your communications system and if the
system administrator has configured a voicebox for you. See the “OpenVoice 200 resp.
Aastra Voice 800” user guide for further information.
2Hotel: This menu is only available to you if the OpenHotel / Aastra Hotel pro-
gramme package has been installed in your communications system and if your tele-
phone is the receptions telephone. See the “OpenHotel 100 resp. Aastra Hotel 800”
user guide for further information.
3Server menu: Your communications system can also be extended via third-party
programmes. It is possible to use individual functions of these programmes with your
system telephone. The 3Server menu menu entry will be offered to you in this case.

. Press the OK key to confirm your
selection.
ZO Enter the name next to
Name
or (for
Central
) the speed-dialling
number next to
Abbrev. no
. If there is no entry matching your
search, the list of entries will be displayed. Select the desired
entry. Press the OK key to confirm your selection.
P Select
Delete
or
Edit
. To edit the telephone book entry, simply
overwrite the current details. Proceed exactly as described
above in the section Creating a New Telephone Book Entry
starting on page 122.
