Hold
To place a call on hold:
-Press the hold button . Your call will go on hold and start to blink
To resume your call:
-Press the hold button again or the line key that your call is held on
Transfer
To transfer a call without announcing it:
-(With your line active), press the key on the right of your phone
(this places your caller on hold)
-Dial the number of the person you want to transfer the call to and press the
