• For electro-magnetic compliance (EMC), follow local codes and the requirements
in Motor cable requirements for CE & C-Tick compliance on page 1-311. For
example:
– Properly ground the wire screen cable shields.
– Keep individual un-screened wires between the cable clamps and the screw
terminals as short as possible.
– Route control cables away from power cables.
