10.6.11 Checking wire and cable connections
Vibration can loosen electrical connections and
cause occasional malfunction or equipment failure.
• Check all power and control cable connections
and tighten them if necessary.
• Check that all plugs and connectors are tight.
10.6.12 Replacing filter mats
To replace a filter mat:
1. Unfasten the air intake panel upper supports
(1).
2. Remove the air intake panel (2).
3. Remove the filter mat (3) and eventually clean it
by using compressed air or a vacuum cleaner.
Perform this operation away from the drive to
prevent dust from entering.
4. Reinstall the filter mat in reverse order of
removal.
Capacitor bushings are damaged when excessive
force is applied.
Do not exceed the maximum tightening torque.
The tightening torque value is printed on a label
which is attached to the capacitor. If not specified,
the maximum tightening torque must not exceed
20 Nm.
