Defines a target for the data received as word 3 from the third
follower (ie. the follower with node address 4) through the
master/follower link.

62.25 MF data 1 value (Follower only) Displays, in integer format, the data received
from the master as word 1.
Parameter 62.01 M/F data 1 selection can be used to select a
target for the received data. This parameter can also be used
as a signal source by other parameters.

62.26 MF data 2 value (Follower only) Displays, in integer format, the data received
from the master as word 2.
