5. Troubleshooting
Issue What to do
eOLI/eOLI22 do not provide any 4-
20mA/Modbus output
Check that the eDevice is properly fed with
24 VDC between terminals 1 (
-
) and 2 (
-
) –
Blue LEDs (one fixed and one blinking)
shall be powered on
Not possible to read Modbus output
on eOLI/eOLI22
If the eDevice is properly powered on (see
below row), check the Modbus ID and
register number
Pointer on the dial is always at the
lowest position
Check that the floating element is not
damaged
eViewer does not indicate any value
even if it is connected to the
eOLI/eOLI22
Check the polarity connection of the 4-
20mA terminals
