3.2 CONSTRUCTION OF THE STATION
The robotic dispenser packaging station provided by ABB includes the
following elements:

Two gravity roller feeders
set in mirror image are
designed to transfer the full
box inserted by the
operator to the dispenser
unloading zone and then
withdraw the empty box
beyond the fence to the
operator.
A set of
actuators
implementing
a discrete
process
The actuator system is
responsible for moving the
box to the unloading zone,
unloading and then
withdrawing the empty box.
Chain conveyors transport
dispensers unloaded from
the box to the packaging
area.
