Robotic station for packing FFS1 dispensers
Red light: flashing in the event of an emergency stop or failure,
continuous color during a controlled stop,
Orange light: solid color when the system is armed, ready to start, no
errors,
Blue light: flashes when operator intervention is necessary,
Green light: Continuous green color – the line is working, auto mode.
Sound signaling: signal when the system starts and in the event of a
new, unconfirmed failure.
There are also two signal lamps at the stand (Zone 1).

5.9 BACKUP COPY
The ABB IRC5 robot system allows you to make copies. The
backup copy contains all system parameters
and programs.
