1.8.3 Unsolicited response confirmation time-out: This is the amount of time that the outstation will wait for an application layer confirmation
back from the master indicating that the master received the unsolicited response message. As a minimum, the range of configurable values
must include times from one second to one minute. This parameter may be the same one that is used for normal, solicited, application
confirmation time-outs, or it may be a separate parameter.
