 The rotor and bearing parts must be dismantled and subsequently
refitted by an ABB Turbocharging Service Station
 Clean all parts
 Coat plain surfaces of steel and cast parts with anticorrosive oil
 Fit turbocharger completely.
Rotation of the rotor in the stack draught
If the rotor turns as a result of the stack draught:
 Install a blind flange between the outlet flange of the compressor
casing and the charge air duct.
