8.7 Installing cartridge group
CAUTION
Oil orifices
There is an orifice for adjusting the oil pressure in each of the two oil
supply pipes of the bearing casing. When the cartridge group, the bear-
ing casing or the turbocharger-is being fitted to the engine, it must be
ensured that the orifices specified for the turbocharger are installed in
both oil supply pipes.
u Check that the oil orifices have been correctly installed.

u Remove cover from oil connection.
u Secure separate lifting gear to each of two ribs on bearing casing
provided for this purpose.
u Remove supports (90450) and carefully insert cartridge group.
TPL65-A32/33/36
u Evenly tighten the three screws (61059) together with Verbus Ripp®
washers (61058) to the specified tightening torque (see chapter Table
of tightening torques).
TPL69-A32/33
u Evenly tighten screw (61059) together with Verbus Ripp® washers
(61058) and two nuts (61037) to the specified tightening torque (see
chapter Table of tightening torques).
