Compressor-end, non-rotating parts
Handling operating materials and supplies
Swallowing or inhaling vapours of operating materials and supplies or
contact with them may be harmful to health.
Do not breathe in these substances and avoid contact with the skin.
Ensure proper ventilation.
Observe the information in the material safety data sheet for the
operating materials and supplies.
Comply with local legislation.
Wear safety goggles.
Wear safety gloves against mechanical risks.
Wear a respiratory mask to protect against gases.
The following performance-relevant parts can be cleaned according to the
following description.
72000 Compressor casing
77000 Wall insert
79000 Diffuser
Clean the components specified above with steam or allow to soak in
diesel oil or water with household detergent. After soaking, remove the
dirt with a brush.
Dry components completely.
Spray cleaned surfaces with penetrating oil. Do not spray the outer
surfaces of the turbocharger.
Dispose of dirty water and cleaning agent in accordance with the
specifications in the safety data sheet.
