Distribution grid output connection (AC side)
To connect the inverter to the grid you need 4 connections: ground, neut-
ral, phase and external grounding protection In any case, connection
of the inverter to ground is mandatory.
Any failure of the inverter when it is not connected to ground through the appropriate terminal
(AC connector) and to the metal frame (external grounding protection) is not covered by the
warranty.
The connection of the grid cable to the inverter is realised through the AC
terminal block

by carrying out the following operations:
• Evaluate characteristics and sizing of the line cable
• Connection of the AC output cable to the AC output terminal block

Characteristics and sizing of the line cable
The cross-section of the AC line conductor must be sized in order to pre-
vent unwanted disconnections of the inverter from the grid due to high
impedance of the line that connects the inverter to the power supply; If
the impedance is too high it causes an increase in the AC voltage which,
on reaching the limit set by the standards in the country of installation,
causes the inverter to switch off.
In order to allow installation of the grid cable inside the AC output con-
nector
