What to do if the whole screen of my Absen Monitor is black?

  If the entire Absen Monitor screen is black, first verify that the screen power is turned on. Then, check if the DVI or HDMI cable is properly connected and not loose. Also, ensure that the main data cable is well inserted. Check that the sending card is powered on and that its running indicator is flashing. If these steps don't resolve the issue, try connecting the computer to an LCD display to check the video card output, update the video card driver, or consider replacing the sending card or the computer.

Why are some modules black on my Absen HC Monitor?

  If some modules on your Absen Monitor are black, start by checking if the power plug of the affected module is tightly inserted. Also, inspect the power cable for any signs of burning. Verify that the switch power supply of the module is outputting power and that the flat cable is functioning correctly. If issues persist, try replacing the flat cable, the module itself, or the receiving card. Sending the rcfg file might also help.
