6. Check if you followed the directions. See Chapter 4, Control Testing, and repeat the
control test. Contact Roche if you still have
problems.
7. Check if you chose the correct control solution
level, either 1 or 2, when you performed the
control test.
If you chose the wrong control solution level, you
can still compare the control result to the range
printed on the test strip container.
