低血糖或高血糖的症狀

低血糖（血糖過低）的症狀包括：焦慮、顫抖、出汗、頭痛、飢餓感、暈眩感、膚色蒼白、
心情突然改變或易怒、疲倦、注意力難集中、遲鈍笨拙、心悸及/或茫然困惑。
高血糖（血糖過高）的症狀包括：口渴增加、頻尿、視力模糊、昏昏欲睡及/或不明原因體重
下降。

如果您有上述任何一種症狀，請從您的指尖或手掌採血檢測血糖。如果血糖檢測值顯示為
「LO」（低）或「HI」（高），請立即與您的專業醫護人員聯繫。
