The
C-280
includes
high
quality
audio
cables
as
an
accessory.
When
these
cables
are
used,
the
left
and
Yight

cables
should
either
be
twisted
together
or
routed
close

to
some
object
at
several
points
with

Outlets
SWITCHED
Use
these
outlets
to
supply
power
to
other
components
in
your
audio
system.
Power
to
the
other
components
will
then
be
turned
on
and
off
by
the
C-280's
power
switch.
Remember
that
the
total
power
consumption
of
the
components
connected
to
these
outputs
should
not
exceed
400
watts.
UNSWITCHED
as
the
C-280's
power
cord
is
into
a
wall
socket,
these
supply
power
to
other
com-
ponents
regardless
of
the
position
of
the
C-280's
power
switch.
The
total
power
consumption
of
the
components
connected
to
these

VOLTAGE
SELECTOR
Use
this
selector
to
adapt
this
unit
to
the
power
supply
voltage
in
your
area.
The
switches
have
already
been
set
to
the
proper
setting
for
the
country
to
which
each
unit
is
destined.
If
you
use
the
unit
in
an
area
where
the
power
supply
is
dif-
ferent,
the
voltage
selector
must
be
changed
accordingly.
The
voltage
selector
can
be
set
to
any
of
four
voltages:
100V,
117V,
220V
and
240V.
To
change
the
position
of
the
voltage
selector,
unscrew
the
two
screws
holding
the
voltage
selector
panel
and
remove
the
panel.
When
both
the
top
and
bottom
switches
are
in
the
right
positions,
the
unit
is
set
to
240V;
if
the
top
switch
is
in
the
right
and
the
bottom
switch
is
in
the
left
position,
the
setting
is
220V.
The
present
voltage
setting
is
read
by
following
the
white
line
on
the
voltage
cover
from
the
top
white
dot
to
the
bottom
one.
The
voltage
writ-
ten
along
the
path
of
that
line
shows
the
voltage
setting.
After
having
reset
the
voltage
selector
to
the
proper
setting,
replace
the
panel
and
screws.
FUSE
This
is
an
AC
line
fuse.
If
after
use
the
amplifier
should
fail
to
operate
due
to
fuse
failure,
check
its
cause
and
eliminate
it,
before
replacing
the
fuse.
Sometimes
a
fuse
may
fail
by
itself
without
cause.
Use
the
same
type
slow-blow
2A
fuse
for
100,
117V
area
and
1A
for
220,
240V
when
making
fuse
replacements.
If
you
move
to
an
area
with
a
dif-
ferent
power
supply
voltage,
or
if
the
fuse
blows
to
shut
off all
power,
consult
your
nearest
ACCUPHASE
dealer
for
instructions.
