11. QUALITY AND RELIABILITY
11.1 Quality Assurance
Unless otherwise specified in this specification or the applicable purchase order, the
supplier shall be responsible for maintaining a statistical process program or performing
inspections that are sufficient to assure that the parts supplied meet the requirements
specified herein.
11.2 Reliability
The product shall have a designed MTBF of greater than 20,000 hours during its useful life.
