Removing the Thermal Module
1. See “Removing the Mainboard” on page 75.
2. Turn the Mainboard CPU side up, and place it on a clean surface.
3. Remove the three securing screws from the Thermal Module.
4. Grasp the Thermal Module and lift it clear of the Mainboard.
