SSD Recovery Method 0
Only one SKU supports iFFS partition and ExpressCache partition:
2.5” HDD and 24 GB SSD (example: 2.5” HDD 500 GB + 24 GB SSD SKU). Other
skus can skip this action (example: 120 GB SSDK only SKU or 2.5” HDD only
SKU.)
When changing a new 24 GB SSD, it is necessary to rebuild iFFS partition and
Express Cache partition.
If the 24 GB SSD partition is deleted, it is necessary to rebuild iFFS partition and
Express Cache partition.
To rebuild the iFFS partition:
1. Create a text file,

, with the following content.

2. Copy
Creatirst.txt
to a WinPE USB flash disk.
3. Insert the USB flash disk with WinPE into the system and press the Power button.
4. Press
F2
during boot and change the BIOS Main menu item F12 Boot Menu to
Enabled.

5. Press
F10
to Save and exit.
6. Press
F12
during the POST (power-on self-test) screen to enter the Boot Option
Menu. Select USB HDD and boot to WinPE mode.
