4.2 Assembly Procedures
Preparation before assemble:
1. Clean the room for work
2. Identify the area for material
3. Prepare the implement, equipment, materials as bellow：
1) working table
2) Screw- driver
3) Knife
4) glove
5) cleaning

protection

Assemble the middle frame
A. Input the LCD on the pallet
B. Take one middle frame and put it on the back side of panel
C. Load the middle frame on the panel

Assemble the mainboard and power
board of shielding
A. Assemble LVDS wire , Keypad wire and backlight wire on the
mainboard
B. Assemble the power wire from mainboard to power board
C.
Put the mainboard and power board into the shielding and load screws
on the shielding
Put the bottom side of panel into middle frame,
let the backlight connector on the left side of
the middle frame
Assemble the LVDS wire, Key
pad wire and back light wire
Connect the mainboard
and power board with wire
Put the mainboard and power
board into the shielding
Loading six screws of
mainboard and power board
