Standard Roles
To make it easy for the vast majority of our Users, we have defined a set of standard Roles. In
the “Standard” and “Pro” Plans, you can assign only one Role to each User, while in the
“Enterprise” Plan you can assign a User one Role per Workspace (see the “Roles in
Workspaces” section below).
Here is a short description of each of the Standard Roles:
Full access to everything
Read-only access to content-related items (Media, Playlists, Shows,
Schedules, etc)
Read/Write access to content-related items (Media, Playlists, Shows,
Schedules, etc)
Same as "Content Manager", but also allowed to click "Push to Players"
Only upload new Media or change existing Media in-place
Read/Write access to Media
Only read/write Device configuration
Only view Content (no Write access), but also allowed to click "Push to
Players"
