    • K
      kimberly83Aug 6, 2025
If the wireless signal indicator on your ACU-RITE Monitor shows no bars, try these steps: * Relocate the display and/or synced Monitor/Sensor, ensuring they are within 330 ft (100 m) of each other. * Position the display, Monitors, and Sensors at least 3 feet (.9 m) away from electronics like TVs, microwaves, and computers that might cause interference. * Use standard alkaline batteries (or lithium batteries in Monitors and Sensors when the temperature is below -4ºF/-20ºC). Avoid heavy-duty or rechargeable batteries. Allow a few minutes for the display and sensor to synchronize after replacing batteries.

Why is the temperature flashing on my ACU-RITE Monitor?
    • A
      Anthony BushAug 22, 2025
If the temperature on your ACU-RITE Monitor is flashing or showing dashes, it indicates wireless interference between the sensor and the display. To resolve this: 1. Remove the Monitor/Sensor location from the display. 2. Re-add the Monitor/Sensor to an available location on the display.

What to do if ACU-RITE Monitor sensor not recognized?
    • T
      Tom SalazarAug 27, 2025
If your ACU-RITE Monitor's sensor is not being recognized, and you are using multiple Temperature & Humidity Sensors (models 06002 or 06044), ensure the A-B-C channels are different for each sensor. Here’s how: 1. Bring the display and wireless sensors close together. 2. Remove the power adapter and batteries from the display. 3. Check that each sensor has a different A-B-C channel selected: * For Model 06002, find the A-B-C switch inside the battery compartment. * For Model 06044, find the A-B-C button on the back of the sensor. 4. Re-install sensor batteries (if applicable). 5. Plug in the display’s power adapter. Allow a few minutes for the display and sensor(s) to synchronize after replacing batteries.

Why is my ACU-RITE Monitor forecast inaccurate?
    • A
      Andrew RayAug 31, 2025
To improve the accuracy of the forecast on your ACU-RITE Monitor, consider the following: * Remember that the Weather Forecast icon predicts conditions for the next 12 to 24 hours, not current conditions. * Ensure that at least one weather-resistant Monitor/Sensor is placed outdoors with the location name set to OUTDOOR or GARDEN. This is essential for full weather forecast functionality. * Confirm that the Learning Mode icon has disappeared from the display. The Learning Mode must complete before the forecast and pressure readings become accurate. * Allow the product to run continuously for 33 days, as powering down or resetting the display will restart Learning Mode. The forecast should be fairly accurate after 14 days, but Learning Mode calibrates fully over 33 days.
