4.3 Repair
Your first contact for printer repair should always be your reseller, who will arrange for the repair
or replacement of your unit, should it prove faulty. If the unit is to be sent to the factory for
maintenance or repair, you must first obtain an “RMA” number from the factory. Contact
Addmaster at the location given in Section 1.3.
IMPORTANT NOTES: When shipping your IJ-7100
• Always use the original packaging material,
• Always REMOVE the ink-jet cartridge.
